1° Technical Support - e-Ticket System (Web)

For technical support we provide our trouble ticket system (e-Ticket).

You must fill your company/contact name, e-mail, the reason and/or doubt of your enquiry. From this time we are going to contact you and you are going to be notified by e-mail for each update in your e-Ticket.


2° Phone

You can contact us by phone for any information you need:
+55 14 3324-1200 (Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm).

Technical Support out of working hours

For emergency situations out of our working hours you can use our red phone +55 14 9143-5352
The availability of our red phone is:

Monday to Friday: from 6pm
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: whole day/night.

* Attendance through our red phone could be charged, according with our maintenance and technical support contract.


Attendance through SMS
